First Class Recorded Delivery UK Mainland Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. Due to this we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. This delivery option is £2.95 regardless of how many items are ordered. Please note, all orders over £50 are automatically sent free. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.

Please note that if a signature cannot be obtained at the point of delivery the item will be taken to your local sorting office and you will need to collect the item in person within 7 days of the attempted delivery. If the item is not collected within this time it will be retuned to us. We are unable to resend the item until we are in receipt of the returned package, additional postage costs will apply.

Please also note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, deliveries outside UK MAINLAND,and Europe or when Special Delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply.

Damage in Transit: After leaving the factory all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.
